Shipping and Terms of Payment

Delivery and shipping costs

Standard delivery is “ex works” (EXW according to Incoterms 2020).

Shipping is usually handled by the service provider DPD.

For deliveries within Germany, a flat-rate shipping fee of € 6.90 including the currently applicable VAT of 19% will be charged.

The shipping costs for international deliveries are displayed after you have selected the shipping method.

If your destination country is not listed, please contact us by e-mail so that we can inform you of the shipping costs.

All customers also have the option of organizing shipping themselves.

Payment

Prepayment is generally required for store customers.
